From September 13–October 13, 2019, a selection of Lucy Cookson’s watercolor artwork was on display at Fay Gold Gallery in Atlanta. A large crowd of art lovers attended the opening of “Liquid Language” on Friday, September 13th, to celebrate Lucy’s bold new works, as well as steal a glimpse of her ambitious printed works. The show’s success was promptly celebrated with a private dinner reception hosted by gallerist Fay Gold and Besharat Art Foundation and Museum Gallery. In the above video, Lucy explains her watercolor artwork, her process and her history.
